A 50% deposit of total reservation cost is required to guarantee the reservation.
Cancellation is required 7 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty.
Cancellation less than 7 nights will incur penalty of 50% of the total cost of stay.

All rooms are double occupancy. For extra persons in room, please note that it will be at a cost of USD $45 per person per night. If persons are visiting, please note that they must pay for use of pool and other facilities.
All rooms are designated non-smoking; smoking is permitted in open-air public areas and open-air personal balconies dependent on room category. If you choose to smoke in a non-smoking room, there will be a USD $200.00 service fee to return the room to its non-smoking status.
By booking with us signing your registration form, you agree to be responsible for additional fees, service charges regarding loss, theft, damage to property, cancellation fees, or late check-out. These charges will be charged to the credit card on file if they are not paid for upon check-out.
